Was the ball over the line?

It's in the back of the net, and given, that's all that matters. The fact that we have controversy, multi page threads and stills from every angle that still don't confirm in or out meant the ref is right and advantage to the attacking side if in doubt. I still think the overhang of the ball is just, just on the line, but agree that some angles show it looking out. If it was against us I would be fuming, but as it stands, I'm going to Wembley and Martinez isn't ;)
All day long mate

If it was it was. If it makes the scousers more upset - brilliant.

Tin pot small club with a shed for a ground. Just seen one trying to say we don't deserve it showing a picture of the 3rd tier Colin Bell. 54,000 average crowds - you got 36,000 a few weeks ago. Get a life.

LMAO. Listening to that Rag sage Savage after the game last night the ball was (and I quote) '2 yards out'!!!! Ha bloody Ha. Push on Kun by the keeper right in front of the linesman (who missed f**k all else involving our forwards being offside), Lukaku 2 yds off in the second half with the lino 10yds behind play and breathing through his arse trying to keep up; only a save by Willie prevented an horrendous offside goal against us yet again. Biggest news, however, is injury to KDB: F*ck and F*ck again!

Dermott Gallagher doing us a fair job on SSN. If it was out, it was only just out and an impossible decission. And no blame on the officials.
Not popular on Sky.
Even Ince is sticking up for us or the decission.

Dermot has just been on SSNakesTV and I think he has sided with the lino and called the ball in. However, he has now spotted that Aguero's head might have been in an offisde position when KdB crossed the ball! And what about Sterling being in an offside position when Ferny got the cannon off Norton Caines - surely Raheem was interfering with Robles' line of sight.

Sterling wasn't in his line of sight, watched the Sky highlights last night and Robles had a clear view. The Aguero one is so marginal it's ridiculous to expect a linesman to be certain in real time.

Gallagher has summed my feelings up perfectly there.
By 'not popular', do you mean that the presenters are trying to persuade him otherwise, or just that Sky will be generally upset?
