A splendid display of game management.
Having said that, Watford were plucky opponents and didn't let their heads drop. Their goal was fortunate, but we held out to put us safe from relegation for another year.
Finally, I couldn't believe my ears when Peter Walton said we should have had a penalty for handball. he never did that when he was a "referee", especially against Everton.

Most teams work hard to just contain us and keep the scores down until the last 10-15 minutes as they don't want to be humiliated. When it reaches this stage they go for it. If they score at 2-0 anything can happen, the previous chasing they have been given and all our missed chances mean nothing if they grab a point. If they don't score and we break on them and score again they just shut up shop again.

Another three points from what could have been a tricky game but a few small signs in the last couple of games that we can't afford to get complacent.
 
Nobody is questioning Jesus effort. He works his arse off every game for us but he’s in our team to score goals. For a long time now he fails in this dept. He misses big and even simple chances.

I have no idea what the option is but we need to sort Agueros replacement. Jesus is not going to be it in my opinion. His confidence should not be down in this team.

He will be play a lot over Xmas and we need him to take his chances. I hope he scores a bag full and comes out a new player for us in the new year.

Delph doesn't make that error and that last 10 minute frenzy doesn't happen.

SD’s Burnley will roll over for the candle waving pricks. It will be 3 or 4 without reply.
Please prove me wrong Burnley.
 
Think we will be ok against Chelsea. Need to be more clinical and we will be ok. Thought vinny looked good tonight but stones and Laporte on Saturday will be good
