We can still qualify and it is very possible

Yes we could beat Bayern as they have already qualified and have an away game against Hertha after playing us.

That would put us on 5 points.

CSKA are home to Roma both currently have 4 points and either could be on 7 points after the game or both could be on 5 points.

If CSKA beat Roma we have to win in Rome and trust Bayern beat CSKA.

If Roma beat CSKA we also have to win in Rome.

If CSKA draw with Roma we can draw in Rome providing CSKA don't win in Germany.

A lot of ifs and buts that could get even more complicated if we draw with Bayern and CSKA draw with Roma.

Frankly I am past caring as we have been absolutely crap in this competition and I for one will be glad to see the back of it.

We will finish last and thats the blessing in disguise because that gives us the best chance of going back to back as long as the players can be arsed.

Maybe 2 titles is enough for this group even though a few of them have only won one and a couple haven't experienced a premiership title at all.

I think we will go all out next season to start getting serious about bringing in the type of player and quite possible the manager who will take Chumps seriously enough to make a real fist of it.

I say start because we start the rebuild next season and it will be a serious build like it was from Leslie to RM.

No manager could get this squad winning a Chumps League but it will happen.

We should at least try to get a win or third place. Finishing bottom of the group again as champions of England really sends out the wrong signal. I'm sure our owner will not be pleased with that
 
We can't finish bottom of the group again.

I for one would welcome the Europa League. Chance to win a european trophy. Couldn't hurt our european confidence

On the face of it, it seems ridiculous that we could go through with just 6 points - I'm guessing that must be close to a record low points total for qualification to the last 16. Yet we got the joint highest points total for a team that was knocked out in the 2011-12 season and achieved the highest points total for a team that finished runners-up last season so perhaps it's high time we got lucky and went through, seemingly undeservedly, with a paltry number of points!
