We could do with another versatile young forward. Someone who can play pretty much anywhere in attack. Not a striker + winger, otherwise we are overcrowded with forwards.

And Abu aswell...but he will probably go to the ACN aswell. But a central midfielder and CB wouldn't hurt.

tbh i think we need 3 CMs almost every game , otherwise we have to play both silva and nasri every game
despite most people seem to believe we play 4-2-3-1 the truth is we almost always play 4-3-1-2 so in an ideal world we should have 8 defenders , 6 CMs , 2 AM and 4 strikers.
ATM we have only 4 CMs + hargreaves and AJ who for a reason or another arent reliable

'One of the best' just doesn't cut it in a world where we want to be THE best does it?
Toure 'goes' in Jan anyway(and frankly,needs getting rid of now after saying 'play me or sell me') Savic is a project. Lescott and Kompany make strange errors.
The goal against Norwich was bad- very bad. All the goals we concede are poor defensive errors. Why settle for this when we can stop it happening by buying a proper world class CB in Jan?

It also looks like Hargreaves ain't gonna be durable enough so we are short in that department - de Rossi for preference but if not perm any one from Javi Martinez, Sami Khedira, Moussa Sissoko, Éver Banega, Yann M'vila, Mehmet Topal, Ganso & Mario Götze.
IMO we don't need another big lad up front but a pacy wide striker such as Christian Eriksen, Alessio Cerci, Eden Hazard, Jonathan Biabiany or even Gareth Bale would be nice.
