Well what a night, its got to be the first time this season i've walked away thinking wow what a performance and I enjoyed every single minute. Lets hope we can push on from this performance and cause some unexpected upsets. Fans were brilliant too, hope we can get the same amount through the door for Aalborg, the boys are going to need our support for that one. Great night for the team and for the fans, nice to see the positive vibes back on bluemoon.

I thouroughly enjoyed the game last night, even when we were under the cosh a little bit in the secong half i wasn't as nervous as normal and felt we handled everything quite comfortably ..... Long may it continue ! CTID

That was brilliant, Villa aren't a bad side, and we beat them well from front to back, what about big Phil leading the line alone with real style, he was a handful. Gelson, I'm not his biggest fan, but he ran his ass off everywhere 2nd half. Elano still a little lightweight at times, but some of his play, the ball he played in the 2nd half for Bridge to run onto that ended in big Phil's chance at the far post was worth paying to see! However I don't recall a stronger wing performance than the one displayed by SWP last in many years a joy to witness.
Yes we were brilliant if we do this week in week out just think were we will be next season and how low the scumdog millionaires will be always remember City have been and always will be the best team in all the land and all the world .

We player our best against all the top sides in the leauge, its now down to Hughes to get the side playing like this week in week out.
after going to the game full of trepidation fearing the worst , City again did the opposite to what I expect in producing a superb team performance in outplaying a top 4 team who had won a Premiership record 7 consecutive away games prior to last night
a great game with 2 teams trying to attack and play football and a very good atmosphere + a night game - a credit to the Premier league
