Weather just turned here, 30c, hanging in the shade drinking a beer

Hot here this week, can I just remind fellow bluemooners

Drink water the sun is hot
Take shade the sun is hot
Use sun cream the sun is hot
Don't keep your dog in the car the sun is hot

If you forget any of this advice it will be conveniently repeated on breakfast tv every fucking 10 mins all bastard week.


Ps don't go walking around mountains in the middle of nowhere because........

Use sunscreen definitely. I’ve just had a mole removed and it looks like I’ve been attacked by a shark :-) gone off for biopsy
