Will do , I would advise anyone with a mole that gets bigger and/ or changes colour to get it checked out by your doctor. It takes minutes but with the sun hotter than it was years ago the risk is not worth taking. Even if it needs excision like mine it is a painless procedure

Got my results today, t1 melanoma which apparently is not too bad and hopefully they have cut it out but have to go back and have a second excision to make sure. Hopefully this will be the end of it

Today here made it to 20c, no wind, no humidity, even felt a little chilly when the sun went behind the odd cloud. Great day for framing
