St Swithin’s day is on Monday. Next week looks unsettled still so the balance of our summer is going to be unsettled, but a bit warmer than it’s been of late, at least just nudging in to the 20s

Get out there softie , bit of camping in the rain is character building, lolSupposed to be going camping this weekend over near Filey
Fucked it off cos the forecast says constant rain and very windy for the next two days
Absolute joke this weather... it should be glorious in the middle of July
I remember our first camping trip late 70's. Four adults, five kids and no clue how to put up a tent. Got to the site in Devon at daybreak, it was pissing down. Woke the couple from Wigan next tent with the arguing. They'd been there a week and it had rained constant. They helped with putting ours up, we helped them pack. They left because of the weather, we went on to have two weeks of sunshine. Great holiday.
