Quite similar to Zinchenko in that he's really technical and has played as a 10, but his delivery is much better imo. Zinchenko was technically a brilliant player, hardly ever lost the ball and always calm under pressure but you couldn't really say he was one to be able to play a killer pass or a brilliant cross. Gomez specialised in this, really comfortable on the ball and also calm under pressure while also being a bit quicker than Zinny. The key thing will be how he is able to adjust to the defensive duties, it's all well and good doing that in Belgium but it will be a bigger pressure here.
I watched a highlights package of him at the u17s world cup that Foden was also in, he would have been player of the tournament if Phil didn't get it. In that tournament he was basically a 10 the whole tournament, complete free role and was so dangerous.
