Wembley The National Disgrace

I knew somebody who did stewarding there on occasion and basically they are all recruited en mass each event. Some on their retained list will have experience but the vast majority won't.

I mean when people are almost jumping out of the stands to get to the united fan being able to do what he wants they should of moved on.

Eventually, they did, but then played up further down where our mascots were

Im suprised you made it up the stairs!!! (Chortle chortle) but having paid £115 an escalator is the first thing you expect. I was in the cheap seats so stairs is sort of expected.
The point about the beer is not so much the price, in other parts of Wembley you can get pints from the pump. Why not in all parts of the ground ? If they have to provide cans don't rip us off.

My only visit to the new Wembley, was in 2016, for the LC Final.

The coach journey from West Yorkshire, was an absolute killer. I didnt get home until 1am.

As others have said, food and beer are massively overpriced.

I did try to get beer outside the ground but the pubs were all rammed. Couldn't get into an off licence, cos they were full of fans too.
I ended up sat on what I thought was some sort of thoroughfare, between office blocks. Turned out that was in fact Wembley Way :)

Wasn't impressed (apart from the result). Never felt compelled to go back again.

I watched the FA Cup final, in a beer garden. Big screen. Scorchio weather. £4.50 a pint. No queue at the bar and was able to walk home, in less than 10 minutes. I had a much better day, than my visit to Wembley lol

Re your first para. I stated the Pink car park was a separate issue. This thread was about the disgrace they call the national stadium.
Re the beer, I fully accept you don't have to buy it. That doesn't mean they should take the piss with the pricing. Further, elsewhere in the ground you get it from pumps, why treat the cheap seats to shite ? Discrimination at its finest. The peasants can make do with over priced cans.
I tried a couple of outlets on the top tier and noticed it was cans only and couldn't be arsed looking for the draught. I remember on previous visits there was a few proper bars up top but, presume they are still there but not sure.

Suppose Saturday was just one of those fuck ups, too many coaches I expect.

I love Blur but I’m not paying £90 to see them in that shithole. I hope they do a proper tour.

Also, the train strikes make getting there even more of a potential headache - did those of you who went get buses/coaches?
Car and parked on a drive about 15 minutes from ground. Lots of heavy traffic on and off motorway.

the twats couldn't even get a simple nvq level 2 sports turf question right

Pitches should play north to south to reduce the sun effecting play.

Wembley is built west to east so the sun is directly in one teams eyes.

Its basic groundsmanship.
The swamp is also East to West
