Looks like he is London bound.

The Dutchman has been strongly linked with Premier League champions Manchester United, and Chelsea.
But the 27-year-old made it clear that he wants to remain in Milan.
"There is a family atmosphere at Inter and there are all the ingredients to aim high," he said, according to Il Corriere dello Sport.
"Milan is marvellous, picturesque and full of elegance. I love it. At the moment I am very happy here and I don't see why I should leave."
Recently former Chelsea defender Marcel Desailly said the Stamford Bridge outfit would do well to sign Sneijder.

Inter midfielder Wesley Sneijder is believed to be headed to California where he will decide on his future and if he will join either Manchester United, or neighbours City.
Both clubs have been heavily linked with the World Cup runner-up, and each club can offer advantages over the other; but Sneijder could yet remain in Italy.
The Daily Mirror understands that the former Real Madrid man has flown to California to meet his model wife Yolanthe as she is currently working on the American west coast, and there they will discuss whether a move to England would be desirable.
Reportedly, Sneijder has told both clubs that they would have to offer wages of over £200,000 a week in order to capture him, a price that is more realistic for City, even if they are trying to cut back on their wage bill.
United showed they were prepared to pay extra for the higher calibre of player when Wayne Rooney was offered a £250,000 a week contract towards the end of last year, proving that if they really want the Dutchman, they will offer whatever is necessary.
United are believed to be the favourites to complete any potential deal thanks to footballing reasons with Sneijder apparently preferring to play in a more historically successful club. However City hope to trump that in other areas.
One of those areas is the relationship between Sneijder and Nigel de Jong, as the two players have represented the Netherlands many times together, came up through the Ajax academy at the same time and are said to be very good friends - something City will hope to use to their advantage.
Sneijder’s agent, Soren Lerby, reportedly met United boss Sir Alex Ferguson in the club’s team hotel prior to their match at West Ham in April, but neither United nor City have officially opened discussions with the player’s club, Inter.
i know theres no quotes but it would be a brilliant signing if so.

Wesley Sneijder leaves door open for possible Internazionale exit

The Internazionale midfielder Wesley Sneijder has hinted at a possible move away from San Siro this summer, despite having appeared to pledge his commitment to the club. The 27-year-old Holland international said on Friday that he was happy in Milan and saw no reason to leave the Serie A runners-up, but in an interview with Gazzetta dello Sport on Sunday he indicated that his future was not yet decided.
He said: "The Inter fans have always treated me very well. They were wonderful and I want to simply thank them. Only God will decide where my future lies. I can be certain of one thing: if I remain at Inter, then I will give my all to win everything again.
"When you have had the greatest and most surprising year of your life [winning a treble in 2009-10], it's only natural that the next will be less rewarding. Not everything can be perfect. I had fun in my second year with Inter and was satisfied, even if we didn't win everything. At least this way we still have a few more objectives to reach. I love Inter with all my heart."
Sneijder, who has been reported to be a target of Chelsea and both Manchester clubs, is under contract at Inter until June 2015.

If its true then theres a good chance Sneijder will leave, most likely end up at Real or in the prem league. Only teams that could afford him are City, Rags, Chelsea or Arsenal with their Fabregas money.

Doubt he'd end up at Real mate, he just came from there!
