Pulis is no mug. He'll have watched the game yesterday and it confirmed the tried and tested way to beat us, especially away from home.

Pressure the ball, especially the CB's, play with tempo and starve us of possession.

Starve us of possession, there's only 3 teams in the world (should be) capable of that. Got to say, worst pre-season I've ever witnessed, only good point is how good Sterling looks compared to the rest. If Pellegrini "rests" Zabba and Aguero he needs shooting!

Not expecting them to start but would hope they get some game time to try and have them ready for Chelsea

I worry over the fitness/availability of the following for the WBA game. Does anyone have details?

Fernando
Clichy
Fernandinho
Delph

I'm assuming the Argie boys and Fernandinho will only make the bench if indeed they are in the squad (for this vital 3 pointer)

I didn't mean they'll have more possession than us, just we'll have less than the usual 60-65%. The dippers away is a barometer for how well we play against teams that press and play at tempo.

Tried not to look at what anyone else has put. Honestly, going on preseason this would be my team (don't know about fitness yet so i'm presuming everyone bar Delph will be fit to play).

JH, BS, JD, EM, GC, F, YT, SN, DS, RS, KI.

Bony did well yesterday but isn't ready to start. Think there's definitely enough goals in that side to put West Brom to the sword even including Kelechi.

Hart
Sagna Denayer Kompany Clichy
Toure Fernando
Sterling Nasri Silva
Nacho

Agreed that Bony doesn't look there yet with his fitness. I think Kompany has to start this first game.

Aguero was a substitute to begin last season after coming back from the World Cup having reached the final. After a similar timeframe and effort with the Copa America I don't see why it will be any different this season.
Aguero was injured towards the back end of last season and never looked fit during the world cup. Completely different this summer.
