thought we looked a bit unsure at times, caught in possession, and a few stray passes, however to win 5-0 away in the 1st league game i'll take that all day long and we can only get better
As for VAR, i didn't celebrate 4th and 5th just in case, it has to be quicker, if its not clear and obvious then referee's decision should be final

Great result, we played in patches but when we have a 10 minute spell nobody can live with us, Liverpool included.
Rodri will learn quick and looks a monster in there, imagine him with another 10 games under his belt.

Rodri played a precise forward pass over the head of a West Ham player which, to me, was reminiscent of Yaya in his pomp.

I wouldn't mind a small bet that not many teams will beat West Ham 5-0 at their place. They are a decent side and we were maybe fortunate to get them right at the start of the season before their new players can click. But City, at their best, are a bloody awesome side. Awesome. The only question is what records will get broken this year?

I would go with fewest goals conceded in a season, highest goal difference and Raheem to get the Golden boot.

He looks like he can play hopefully he can pick up the pace , but reminds you of Yaya behave, Yaya was world class when he arrived. I hope in 2 years time I hope I can say that " I love the way that Rodri bossed the game "

Yup and as you alluded to, some were very soft: some WHU players went down quicker than Mo Salah.

Can't agree more, they seems to have this arrogance of having their way so they do not really play.

Who is arrogant? none of our players are,first game of the season after a crappy pre-season tour,are you a pep lover or a city fan?
