It goes without saying that this is an important game and it will not be easy..as there are no easy games and also West Ham is on good form at the moment and have a lot of threat in their squad. All that aside, our team is strong and experienced and this is a game that we can win if the players put in the effort.

The issue in the squad and the first area of focus is the defense, including the fullbacks. The players will have to deal with the pace and directness of the west ham players. It is somewhat frustrating when it comes to team selection because there is so much that could be done with some of the players on the bench, Sterling, Zabaleta, Iheanacho...even Angelino actually.

But the key is that we defend well, work hard and be coordinated up front and that will go a long way in getting the three points.
