OK, Southampton got beat by Brentford, but Southampton have had a *10 day rest* before playing the Scousers on Tuesday.

How the hell have we managed to get our entire central defence injured ! Not an easy tomorrow when we’re full strength and even worse with our defence out. Pep keep Rodri in midfield as we need to win that area .
 
I dont trust Soton and Wolves. We should beat West Ham, at least draw. We cannot trust goal difference, there is no big difference.

Conversely, Liverpool will ease off in the league because a cup treble will still be an amazing season for them and they'll want to be fresh for the Champions League final.

And if the "powers that be" were so desperate for Liverpool to beat us to the title they would have given a penalty against Zinchenko the other night, or Rodri's handball at Everton, or denied the non-handball we got against Wolves, or not overturned the penalty Southampton had denied by VAR earlier in the season.
