Totally agree. The way i see it right now, is that if we put our best team out, even on a slightly off day we should keep rolling these teams outside the top six over. Thanks to the gap we've opened up, if we keep doing that we'll win the league at a canter regardless of what happens against the other teams in the top 6. Obviously we should prepare as best we can when playing the other top sides, but I wouldnt obsess about those games to the point where we go risking dropping points and taking our foot off the gas in the more winnable games. We can try and save players for the derby but those are the kind of games where a bad refereeing decision, a slightly off day or stroke of bad luck can see you dropping points. Makes more sense to me to keep the pressure on our rivals by beating everyone else.

I don't think its much of a risk at all in resting one or two players and protecting those in danger of a yellow. That's why we have a big squad and its jsut as important to get minutes into those who have not played as much to make sure they are match fit for the log jam of game we have coming up. Also keeps our key players fresh for the games where we are more likely to drop points. Although all games are of equal value in terms of points, its obviously will be a tougher test at the swamp as it is playing at home to W/ham. Would certainly help if arsenal do us a favour but I wouldn't count of that too much and can see the rags nicking a soft late winner

Looking forward to this. Can’t wait to see zabba again and hopefully we have a classy performance and a few goals.

What's the point of a squad then if we're playing our best team every game, particularly against probably the worst team in the league right now at home? We keep hearing from everyone, including our own fans, rival fans and pundits that we've got a great squad depth yet we''re the only team not utilising the squad. Look at the team Liverpool put out in their last few games, Coutinho, Firmino,Mane and Salah have all had a decent rest, Look at United at Watford, they rested a few too, and it's a similar situation at Arsenal and Chelsea. We are using about 14 players and it's simply a matter of time before numerous players are on their arse if we carry on. I'm not saying we should go this far but we should be more than good enough to win if we made 6-7 changes on Saturday.

I'm not against rotating to keep the squad fresh, but I just don't think all these decisions should be made with just the derby in mind. I think it should be just one or two on rotation rather than four or five. I think that's better on for the players coming in too.
