What's the point of a squad then if we're playing our best team every game, particularly against probably the worst team in the league right now at home? We keep hearing from everyone, including our own fans, rival fans and pundits that we've got a great squad depth yet we''re the only team not utilising the squad. Look at the team Liverpool put out in their last few games, Coutinho, Firmino,Mane and Salah have all had a decent rest, Look at United at Watford, they rested a few too, and it's a similar situation at Arsenal and Chelsea. We are using about 14 players and it's simply a matter of time before numerous players are on their arse if we carry on. I'm not saying we should go this far but we should be more than good enough to win if we made 6-7 changes on Saturday.

We may be trying to obtain such an unassailable lead in the league before we start to rotate more. The teams you are citing of rotating better than us are considerable behind in the league at the moment, so their rotation policy isn't working out too well is it?

But we haven't struggled until Kompany replaced Stones. Kompany is taller than Stones so it's clearly not a height issue.

We were the last team in the league to concede from a set piece, the Huddersfield goal being the first one all season. That's not "Struggling".

Quite. And it wasn’t even going in. That said, it was more worrying against Saints. That’s got to be stopped. Trust me, it’s the first thing Pep will have been working on (and will continue to address next week) in training.

I think this will be another toughie. Moyes will not want to lose 5 in a row so he will set up accordingly. Daft as it sounds my biggest worry is dinho playing and being booked. He has to play in the derby.

Adrian coming in, you can bet he is going to put a worldly in as that GK position looks up for grabs at the moment with the way Hart has performed this season.

The only real concern I have at the moment is that no doubt Moyes will be licking his lips at how we are defending set-pieces at the moment.

It sounds obvious but the key in these games now is scoring an early goal. If we do that we should have too much as long as we turn up.

I fear you may be right. My money would be on a member of our back 4. Straight red for a tangle with Carroll?
I look at it as who would the rags want most missing and for me there should be plenty of candidates but in their eyes I would think they would get giddy if either Kev/Kun/Merlin were missing

That's if we let them have the ball :)

Another tough game, like Huddersfield and Southampton. Pep will take nothing for granted. We could quite easily have dropped 4 points lately so we need to be 100%.

Fans need to roar us on to another victory.
