The point is that top managers get it wrong. KDB, Lukaku, Kane, Pogba and so on are examples of this. Kelechi is a young player with a long career ahead of him. Anything can happen in the future but deeming one managers opinion on the player is very naiive.
His record at international level shows that he will score goals where ever he is and that he is not just limited to a poacher as he also plays #10 for the national team at times.
He may not fit with pep but that doesn't mean he can't be world class.
I would say Pep's most frequent mistake is putting too much trust in wrong players and persisting with it for too long.Absolutely correct. Just because they were great players (Yaya has been immense for us, of course) after they left Barca does not mean Pep was wrong about sending them out then.
He has made mistakes, to be sure, but those are not examples of them.

He gave too much time to Hleb, Chygrynsky, Caceres, waited for too long with Ibra, though it was obvious long before the Inter clash that the team is better off without the Swede. Vainly trusted in Fabregas. Spent too much time on Gotze. Now showed the same attitude with Bravo.
But such approach is understandable - he shows that he's ready to defend every squad member and give them chances again and again no matter what.
But I can't remember Pep offloading a player erroneously. It he does it, it means the player was thoroughly studied and is not good enough to play in the system. End of story. You won't regret about players sold, I'm 99% sure.
I'd be interested to know what mistakes (so many) Pep has made in his first season.Exactly, toor many people here write off the kid because pep doesn't want to use him. Pep has made so many mistakes this season so you can't take his judgement as gospel.
Two seasons ago everyone here agree that Iheanacho was one of the best young prospects in the world. This year, because Pep doesn't rate him (for different reasons), most on here seems to think he is suddenly sh*t.
No, by those who work with him dailyBy a fortune teller?
Well, I can t remember anyone saying he is not good enough for us under Pelegrino. Although he was used much more than last season we all wanted him to play more, even in front of Bony who was a proven PL scorer. So I understand that you don't rate him?Are you sure?
