For everyone digging out Mahrez … fuck off

Our top scorer this season (24, KDB 19, Sterling 17, Foden 14 etc.)

Started every CL game except the dead rubber second leg vs lisbon. Came off after 85 mins in madrid and team implodes. Should have scored the goal to see us through to the final.

11 prem goals from 14 starts. 8 from starting, 3 from bench. Lost once when starting which was spurs away first week and whole team was off. 11 wins (79%), 2 draws. Team have played 23 other games, won 17 (74%), drawn 4, lost 2.

Guy scores all 6 other pens this season and then misses one and its back to turning on him.

Still in our hands so get over your entitlement

Wudve been a deserved come back other than the penalty miss by Mahrez that brought back memories when he missed it at Anfield a few years ago.

Still 2-2 when trailing 0-2 at halftime is good enough for me. No matter what Liverpool does, it’s in our hands.
Now we can watch Liverpool trying to stay in it.

I can't stop thinking about Gerrard having a chance to win them cunts the league. I hope I'm so wrong but I can't stop thinking typical city.

Please blues don't let us down.

MCFC!!!!
He'll only be thinking about Burnley. That should be a tough game for VIlla against a team who really need to win. Then they only have 2 days of rest before they come to our place.

Pre match a lot on here would of took a draw.
Half time everyone on here would of gladly took a draw.
The penalty miss hurts and especially cos Taylor didn't want to give it, but next week we would all want a win to finish the season as champions in front of our own fans.
I don’t buy into this media shite around it being Steven Gerrard and all the bollocks that goes with it.
To win it we will have to earn it by beating Aston Villa and I'm hugely confident we will.
Then I can sit back and let the media wank Klopp off for pushing so hard as we take to the podium with the trophy aloft

More importantly, why not Ake for Zinchenko from the start? He had a nightmare. Also, Pep wants 5 subs per game and yet rarely uses more than one. Foden's energy was sorely missed.
Cannot remember a match when Pep's substitutes won City a game ?
That may be because he seldom makes early or proactive substitutions. He seldom makes use of all 3 substitutions, or all 5 in Europe.
We only have a couple of players who can break down a packed, 9 or 10 men defence.
Phil Foden is one of those people who can unpick the lock of a blanket defence.
Why was Phil not brought on ?
City have drawn away to Palace & West Ham away.
Don't think Pep used a sub in either game ?
Very disappointing we didn't see up the League tonight...
