Went to the back to the 80s festival with the future ex Mrs Lee in Worsley yesterday got drunk on cheap but not cheap red wine and luke warm fosters whilst listening to half decent tribute acts, nursed an hangover this morning then ate crap all day, good times.

Went for a swim in the lake with the missus and dog, sat chilling now with a Paulaner wheat beer. Just skinned and sliced some chicken thighs, coated with herbs and spices, griddled over lump wood for some home made chicken shwarma kebabs.

I should rephrase my last post. I’m going to the pub to meet the missus after her shift. There happens to be a folk music night on which has no bearing on me going there, I’m just off work tomorrow so usually when that’s the case I’ll pop in for a few - before some smartarse says ‘why are you going to the pub for a folk night if you don’t like the music’ :-)
