Three of my kids and four grandchildren coming round for my birthday, I was 68 on Thursday. Not seen them since Christmas because of the Covid rules. My fourth kid can't make it as he's going to one of his mate's wedding which has been cancelled a couple of times.

Day out in London, couple of music exhibitions in Carnaby st for Soho music month (posters/prints/photos etc) Dander from Hyde park via Piccadilly and Leicester Square to covent garden stopping at few watering holes, then restaurant near Spitalfields in evening. My other half won tickets for London eye but we've postponed that due to weather. Only live 25 mins from Victoria and will be first day up in town in 18 months

Finished work at 5 yesterday for a fortnight and Ive been fucked ever since. Its like your body knows its time to chill out. Did weights this morning in gym then ran 4 miles and I could now happily sit on my arse at home drinking beer and watching telly til about Tuesday
