what are you eating?

Rump steak lightly sprinkled with sea salt and cracked black pepper before grilling, served with new potatoes tossed in melted butter and chopped parsley. Accompanied by petit pois and peppercorn sauce. Delish

That cheffy enough?

It's a brilliant way to lose weight - you can have a whole cauliflower with a bit of gravy and mint sauce stirred in for sooo few calories.

Lots of recipes out there so you don't get hungry

NB A bottle of wine is approx 600 calories so if you eat nothing all day it's only a 100 cals over :)

Salt n pepper chilli squid, sea spiced aubergine and Singapore style vermicelli.
Take away night as we're packing for Camp Bestival in the morning.

Oh no Ms Boots, not to lose weight, it helps keep you clean inside and all that jazz.
I had a huge kebab and chicken burger yesterday. My weight is just about spot on atm and i aim to keep it that way.
A couple of winters ago i hibernated with takeaways and had never had excess weight before.
It does suck seeing mates ram down 30 quids worth of chinese and indian take aways though, bastards :-D
