No Shortcuts to the Top by Ed Viesturs is a good mountaineering book too.

Into Thin Air is enjoyable. It's a long while since I read a mountaineering book. I may try one of the above.
 
Domestique by charley wegelius.
Its about a pro cyclist who rode the tour de france as one of the worker bees...its a slow burner but worth sticking with.

Is a really good book.

The detail is fascinating.
 
Currently reading John Ghotti life story and about to start one called - The Genius within.
 
Porno by Irvine Welsh. It's the sequel to Trainspotting. Begbie has found out Renton is back in town and is trying to find him. It's getting good.
