Obviously you are to used to the white pap that passes as bread. I am lucky in that I can make my own bread and I will never go back to store bought pap.

Sourdough and Lidls cheap arse wholemeal (which is actually quite nice) are the two I get along best with, most other things just bloat me like mad.

'Normal' bread is packed full of additives.

Decent, fresh sourdough bread is packed full of nutrients and less likely to spike your blood sugar.

Make my own sourdough bread. It's not at all time consuming and it's better than all that super processed shite the supermarkets sell.
