What exercise have you done today?

Really? lol I've always done this much for chest...

yup.......no way you can put everything into all those excercises...........half the amount and you will gain far more

i disagree the amount of excersise is dependent on the intensity and also the weights being used the fact is he is only doing 3 sets of ten is not that much i used to do upto 5 sets of 10 on all the above and even added a few sets of cable crossovers there is also decline benching missing but its all down to opinions mine was based on my results and my prefered training methods i do have ocd and yes i used to compete many years ago you do not have to be on steroids to be traing at those levels either !

You can minimise what you do on your chest and still get the same gains though... a lot of chest exercises primarily use the same muscles. Might be what he means.
 
Thursday - 1km swim.

Friday - 1km swim.

Saturday - hungover after after winning a grand in the casino.

Sunday - 2km swim and 30 mins in the sauna to make up for Friday night/Saturday morning.
 
Been sick a few times and walked downstairs to get some Jaffa cakes. That's exercise right?
 
Shamefully mine is cleaning the house whilst my fella is at Wembley haha. He's a lucky b*stard!
