i disagree the amount of excersise is dependent on the intensity and also the weights being used the fact is he is only doing 3 sets of ten is not that much i used to do upto 5 sets of 10 on all the above and even added a few sets of cable crossovers there is also decline benching missing but its all down to opinions mine was based on my results and my prefered training methods i do have ocd and yes i used to compete many years ago you do not have to be on steroids to be traing at those levels either !

yup.......no way you can put everything into all those excercises...........half the amount and you will gain far more
