I’m not ‘fond’ of the man but Ricky Hatton is definitely a Blue!
The fact that Wooney carried his whatever it was doesn’t stop him being a Blue. Who knows Wooney could be a closet Blue for all we know! ;-) ;-)

His dad Ray played right back for City youth and reserves in the late 60s. I saw him play a number of times and he was quite useful but I don't recall him ever making the first team.
