What has been your worst moment following our club?

The clock hitting 90 minutes on 13th May 2012. Wanting to get up and leave but not having any energy in my body to move. Total shock that we'd blown it and wondering how we would ever get over this disaster. Knowing that we'd be the laughing stock of football

I'm only going for matches I've been to.

Luton relegation 1983. At the time, it really was the end of the world.
Losing 3-0 at home to Oxford, mid to late 80s, god we were shit that day.
Losing 5-0 at Charlton (at Selhurst Park), mid to late 80s xmas/new year fixture, if ever a team was lucky to get nil it was us that day.
When West Ham knocked us out of the FA Cup about 12 years ago. It was a home replay for a place in the semi final, where we would have faced Middlesbrough. I think that's the most disappointed I've ever been at full time.

But it doesn't half make you appreciate the good times.

Wembley vs Gillingham watching 90 minutes come and go, knowing I had flown in all night, not slept, and was going home the next day having seen us lose to a bunch of no names. Was the last time I ever looked at my brother and said, “What do you think?” and eyed an early exit to get to the hotel and cry myself to sleep. Needless to say, stayed, went mental, sat outside and got pissed at a pub at Lancaster Gate where I was staying and slept like a baby with a smile on my face.

Etihad vs QPR watching 90 minutes come and go, knowing I had flown all night.....well, you know the rest!!

As an old married fella for 32 years now, City can be a cruel mistress. But, she can also make you wonder how one can have the entire breadth and depth of human love for a non-human entity. Then show you why....
