It's likely that she's ranting at a pro-palestine march that went past the site of the ULEZ demo.

She's obviously a very confused person (I'd say that seems to be the effects of alcohol abuse on an already limited intellectual output) ranting about Piers Corbyn whilst inhabiting the same world of conspiracy theories.
