What was the terrace fashion on the Kippax in the 1980s?

Not City related terrace wear but if you wanna channel your inner Brian Clough, you can do for very reasonable prices :) also some Hummel tracksuits for £15 if you think your a bit of a Brian Laudrup. I know it’s lining Mike Ashley’s pockets but hey ho

Grey farrahs , adidas samba, Pringle jumper with the official pinned on . daily mirror in your back pocket waiting for the service at Piccadilly. That was getting towards the end of the sports gear I remember boro turning up at our place full Sergio Tachini track suits and sovereigns looked like billy and Johnny from Hale and Pace.

Some great pictures in there. I seriously had to do a double-take at the lad in the yellow Lacoste, because I thought it was me.

1980 - Black Docs (or Sgt Peppers or monkey boots if you couldn't afford docs). Trainers option - adidas Kick later Samba. Black bags with side patch pockets, purple penny round collared shirt with grey tank top. Optional silk City scarf tied around wrist. Hair on the long side usually with fringe in eyes.
1980 - 85 - Kickers with loads of tags, skin tight FU jeans or Inega thick cords. American football style shirt or Stripey top with collar and open neck with buttons or bright coloured Slazenger jumper. Leather box jacket or Sheepskin in winter. Wedge haircut with flicker fringe.
1985-89 - Adidas Forest Hills with Levi 501s. Tommy H or Sergio Tacchini styled top. Italian high end sports jacket. Shorter hair back and sides, parting fringe with product.
Well that was me anyway....
 
Was it mamba, and bamba as well or have I just made them up getting old now, remember the cool cats at an away game suited and booted once the old Farah slacks don't know if they still do them
Mamba Bamba and Samba. Not till i joined the RAF in 83 could i afford Samba Super. Still ware them today. I have blue, brown and a black pair.
