What's the best football book of all time?

My daughter bought me Made in Manchester. It's new this year. And it's all about Manchester. Social and economic history at its best. I've walloped the first fifty pages. The downside, I've not got there yet, is that there will be some Rag shit to wade through - they've got a graphic of The Swamp on the front. Mind, it's only the dust cover so that could be removed and yer could avoid the chapter. Trouble is it might be mixed up with that other team that won FOUR FUCKIN' PL TITLES IN A ROW! NOBODY HAD DONE THAT TILL NOW!
Is it similar to Dave Haslam's Manchester England from years ago which was about Manchester historically,, culturally and socially?

A Season With Verona by Tim Parks. An Italian based British writer who decides to follow one of the Verona teams (can't remember if it's Hellas or Chievo) for the season. A great insight into the culture of Italian football fans and the sport in Italy in general. Some funny moments spent on 18 hour bus rides with a group of ultras singing about shagging the drivers daughter... but seriously a good read.

Failing that Paddy Agnew's Forza Italia: A Journey in Search of Italy and it's Football.

Or if you're a Motson wannabe get Chris Freddi's Complete Book of the World Cup, updated before each world cup so there should be one out early next year.
its hellas
