What's the most trouble you've witnessed following City?

agree with Hollywood blue, Liverpool in the 70s was bad.
I still hate Scousers, Leeds as well but police horses more, the biggest and most evil hooligans ever

Strange story really, I always managed to keep out of trouble untill around 1978, we had played the rags at maine road & walking back to my car parked near the YMCA I was set upon by what I thought was one utd fan, luckily I had a thick leather jacket & steel toe cap motorcycle boots (I did have a bike but left it at home that night) so I gave the twat a good hiding & was pleased to see him back off, only trouble was three of his mates turned up & one of them wanted my scarf, no way was he having it so I was just about to take him on when this little old bloke came walking up & told them to piss off & leave me alone & much to my amazment they did!
I thanked the old bloke he went on his way I got back to my car & I still have the scarf which I was wearing when we won the title last year & it felt like very sweet revenge after all these years.

i remember watching city fans rioting down the back of the kippax at half time against everton in the early eighties, that was a proper eye opener, coppers being dragged off horses, absolute bedlam

Outside the Kippax after Luton in 83.

The game - City v Luton; They won (bastards!)

The car park - Us v Plod; We won. haha

Also after the Full Members cup against Chelsea. That was pretty mad.

You sure that wasn't the Platt Lane stand, midweek game in spring 83? We played the rags on the Saturday after
I was sat in the middle, the Toffee twats had come into the stand at the last minute and congregated at the front in the corner where the away fans stood in the Kippax.
The City boys followed them in and sat right at the back. The next thing, after a few minutes, Everton had a good chance and their fans jumped up thinking they had scored.
Then the City lads ran over the benches, led by Mikey (can't recall his surname) and the Toffee twats were smacked good and proper. They tried to climb the fence to get onto the pitch but were dragged down and given a hiding. The police horses came onto the pitch but were the wrong side of the fence!

Worst I ever saw though was West Ham at home, big number in the Main Stand and the meeting up on Maine Road after and charging down.... I was the last to get into the side entrance of the social club before the doors were shut! Those left outside got a hiding.
The following year, they tried it again but Moss Side turned out in force and they were smacked all over the place, wearing yellow Slazenger jumpers which gave them away!

When Millwall brought about 3000 in the nineties I think.

Leeds away in Cup in late 70's

FA cup final reply in 81, intruders in our end

Forgot about that one. Full members cup final was mayhem.

That millwall mob was unreal, I turned a corner onto Lloyd St to be faced with a thousand 40 something cockneys all foaming at the mouth with about 6 coppers trying to contain them and about 15 city in hot pursuit, mental!

Newcastle away in the Cup, 1977 I think, won 3-1, worst violence inside the ground I ever got caught up in, first ever police escort after a match that I can remember

Everton away 2-2 1981 FA Cup, worst shit outside a ground I ever got caught up in
