Would that be the Dickie Bird estate - Chesham Fold?. Used to collect money from there and that was full of dole scum, single mums with numerous bastard kids and drugged up scrotes.

Does it? I mean I've been in Moston 19 years and apart from that lad stabbed on Moston Lane, I've never really been aware of a problem.

Moston's ok if you avoid going out between 12am midnight to 23:59.

Going through some elements of Cheetham Hill on the way to COMS really depress me.

The roguhest area? I don't think you can pinpoint one over all the others.

I grew up in Middleton and had Langley Village to contend with whenever I went to visit my Grandparents. I'd never want to be around there at night on my own. The rest of Midd is alright.

Longsight as a Student was an awful experience. Several of us got attacked and I was racially abused by Asians a few times - yet Rusholme / Victoria Park was fine. No problems.

Moss Side would get my vote. I'll never forget a Kid on a BMX pointing his fingers like a gun and screaming "boom" at me as he cycled off. He can barely of been 12.

Langley's not rough if your from Middleton its a big blue area as well...
but in the late eighties Longsite used to come through on the 59 bus
after spending the night in Chadderton...it wasnt safe in them days...

Manchester has a lovely smile but.

Too many gangs and too many people thinking their the man. Hate my area and hate the fact that we get pigeon holed.

Just want to get on and have a quiet life, is that too much to ask?

Anyway off soon with my wife and young son my hate is not with Wythenshawe its everything but.
