When is it time for a change?

not the time to change. I want Pep to clear out first anyone not ready to fight anymore either because that got their belly full with recent huge success era or because they aged badly and cant to id anymore.
if this has to be done by a new manager who has not much credit with the squad he could be taken for a fool and then it turns into bit of a dressing room power fight. last thing Viana needs that in his first seasons with us.

Pep needs to cut off the head of some players and bring in fresh and hungry players. once thats done and thats a big if because more Doku, Nunes, Phillips, Kovacic type of transfers aint gonna be taking us back to the top so we need big recruitment wake up call.

Sacking Pep will not happen end of, not saying he doesn't make mistakes or is above criticism though. Whilst top 4 looks like a long shot at present we should be looking at strethening our depleted squad in January. Evident we need a big rebuild and Pep is still the man for this job.

It's on the suits. We need around 8 top quality players , plus 8 upuncoming players,

100%. They've neglected the squad for too long expecting Pep to work miracles forever.

If Rodri hadn't got injured we'd be 2nd or 3rd.

I don't think any other manager would fare any better.

If a home draw to Everton isn't bad then the obvious question is what is,?

Every club looks at fixtures and thinks this is were we can get 3 points. The only teams that think a point to Everton at home is good is a team expecting a relegation battle.
I’m not expecting one but the current form is nothing but relegation form, and any team in the midst of that would be happy with a point no matter how or where it came. It wasn’t long ago that we couldn’t get a goal ne’er mind a point versus EFC.

So we are agreed we currently are playing like relegation fodder, I'm not sure you can make a positive case out of that.

So 8+ years of total dominance and success, and then some are asking when he should go because things aren’t like that anymore right now?
It's been two months out of eight years. Give Pep a chance to sort it out, he has earned that right. Once everyone is fit and a couple of players come in January, we then get a couple of results and the confidence will come flooding back.
