When/why did you join Bluemoon?

Joined because of the Adam Teese thread. Funniest thing I have ever read. It should be cleaned and put in the classics.

Pushing you through a hotel lobby on a luggage rack , billy sat on random microwave , the worlds smallest barmaid telling us to stop singing....... That trip is as you say, legend
 
In all honesty I'd never heard of Bluemoon until just before I joined. I was heavily involved in the Sierra Leone fund raising project at the time. BM was an excellent way of promoting the project and I'll always be grateful for the generous donations from bluemooners towards the Sierra Leone project and fantastic support of the Neil Young fund raiser I initiated.
 
Living on the other side of the world,you don't get much info about City and I looked around and found Bluemoon.
Got the ubiquitous rag comment,after joining and haven't looked back since.
The wife encouraged me to sign up,and now gets a cob on when I spend my time on here.
 
Was originally on 606 for many years (bluesky) but started on here when it closed down. First few posts got called a RAG and a glory hunter with my lack of posts sighted as evidence..... YCNMIU
