Where do you even start to criticise the team at the moment?

It's just too easy. We are getting worse by the week either because the players have given up on the title or because they just dont care. We don't have any fire or determination in the team apart from Zabba and Milner. Our whole midfield seems woefully slow, watching Barry and Garcia together arriving a second after the ball has been played is just cringeworthy...

Where has all the fast, crisp passing and movement gone that used to set us apart? Now players pass the ball and just stand still, there is no movement at all, Aguero has absolutely no service and only managed to score today because of his own great skill.

When you make the likes of Henderson and Downing look good you know you're in trouble!

Plus upset to hear Vladmir Weiss say how mancini never talked to him and gave him no chance even though he wanted to stay...it repetitive now how much players keep saying this and a bit worried regarding the future of the academy kids.

Totally agree blueroses, at the minute we do not look like closing the gap at all. The midfield today was basically non existant towards the 2nd half. I was watching the game on TV today and whenever it showed Kun his body language was not good, the service he is recieving this season is bloody awful.

And this is not something that we have had to talk about recently - we have been way off form all season, bar a few performances when we felt we had turned a corner, but no we go back and play well below par again.

I won't give up in hoping that we can turn this around somehow, but I am more or less looking to the summer now when the squad will be strengthened and elevated to the next level.

What's more worrying was the poor team play. Dzeko and Aguero looked like strangers - they always do and the midfield couldn't really get going

I think there are 2 explanations

1) Liverpool played very well once they equalised
2) We missed Yaya and Kompany in a very high pressure game

We are not playing as well as last year but that would be difficult as at times we were beyond belief. But Yaya, Kun and DS have not been at the races this year. It is too easy to blame the less stella members of the side.

ps Sturridge put in a performance today that I never saw from Balotelli in 2 and a half years. Makes you think.

You could always get behind the team instead of criticising them? We are not playing too badly, we didn't get beat today did we? Both our goals today were top class IMO. You have to give Liverpool credit, they played well today. That was the best I've seen Sturridge play for ages.

We didn't particularly play well today or at QPR but we've been brilliant since losing to Sundelrand before this week.

Sick of seeing all this "...brigade" shit. "Mancini brigade", "Džeko brigade"...what are you?the "overrate us because we're not as good as you and many think no matter how much money weve spent so expect too much out of them, at the same time we're not playing anywhere near as badly this season as you and many are making out" brigade?

Never thought in my wildest dreams that a Henderson-Gerrard midfield partnership would look world class. They don't often look good playing against lower league opposition in the cups.
