I've been thinking that could happen as well, however, I'm not sure Moyes would touch the Villa job now. Allegedly Benitez said no because there isn't a big budget there, I know Moyes works well on a very low budget at Everton, but why bother moving if he'll find himself in the same situation at Villa?

Also, with Martinez turning down the Villa job, I'd have thought whoever is next approached by them will be asking themselves two questions. 1) Why was Maritnez ahead of me in the pecking order 2) Why should I take the job if he wasn't interested in it.

Villa have done themselves no favours whatsoever in this, if they already had Hughes lined up they wouldn't be talking to other managers, they'd just be keeping quiet, waiting for Hughes to be able to be officially announced.
 
I heard something that Cardiff to be taken over by far east wealthy owners, if they are he could go there, along with Bellars and hopefully he will want RSC to join him.
