Rhodes for me, not the Middleton one but, as it we moved 5 1/2 months ago to the UK coast from City living and I'm very happy where we are now.
I am in Rhodes now mate, shall I pop into the estate agents for you?Rhodes for me, not the Middleton one but, as it we moved 5 1/2 months ago to the UK coast from City living and I'm very happy where we are now.

Currently living in spain myself, and although still in my 20's, i can completely empathise with the bits you said above. Are we guilty of dreaming?
Ask yourself where you want to die. I had a house in a small village in a beautiful part of South West France. Every elderly ex pat I knew there has come home. (Nothing to do with Brexit) Before that I had an apartment in Spain. As you get older accessing health care, driving in rural areas, especially when you are miles from shops, even missing the uk, all add hit home. That's why I say I am happy in Manchester, shit weather but City, good mates and great beer. That's all I need.

It’s bad enough trying to get to the MRI and live in South Manchester if you are disabled and have no transport or shall I say have lost the ability to be able to drive yourself, getting back is even worse and yes, I know taxi’s are useful if you have the funds to be able to afford the journey there and back so if you live in another part of the country it must be doubly difficult.Currently living in spain myself, and although still in my 20's, i can completely empathise with the bits you said above.
Bureaucracy, healthcare, banking, the language, all present their challenges here. Can imagine as people get older, dealing with all that is just too much of a hassle.
