Which Chippy Curry Sauce do you prefer

Wouldn't know, my only knowledge is from my work and what I have learnt over the years about such food, Kari is the group name for several sauces used to flavour rice usung spices and curry leaves.


None of this has anything to do with chippys and the curry sauce they sell though so not really important to the thread.

Chinese chip shop curry is vile, English is slightly better, I have no idea about Irish chip shop curry.

I don't know what the difference is and I haven't had it since around 1978 but it was always full of sultanas regardless of whether it was a Chinese or English owned chippy and therefore crap.
I'm a gravy man.
