It's a hard choice because we only have very good players these days but I don't think Nasri, Johnson, Dzeko or De Jong are top notch.

Dzeko-has a first touch like a baby elephant.
Savic-bombscare all round. needs a run to gain confidence and prove himself though. I appreciate with the pressures of challenging for titles this may not be a luxury he will recieve.
Milner-he may be billed as a 'utility man' who works hard but I expect more match winning performances as he, at the end of the day is an attacking midfielder.
Nasri-needs to grow a set.
Kolarov-defensively inept
Tevez-total wanker of a man but I feel he may still be our secret weapon yet! its almost script writte.
Johnson-must add to his game as he has become predictable. usuing his right foot would be a start.
Im not saying to get rid of them as such but they definitely need to improve on aspects of there game.

Obviously the likes of bridge, ade and other players out on loan or on the fringes of the squad e.g nielson, taylor, m.johnson should be sold to bring in as much revenue as we can get.
From the first team, kolarov, kolo, savic, de jong, hargreaves, tevez ( not for footballing reasons ), and dzeko.
To replace them hummels/vertonghen, martinez, jordi alba, munian, any winger with loads of pace and one of the big name strikers we've been linked with.

in the case of dzeko, i do rate him, but dont think he is a good fit in our team. i know his goalscoring record is good, but imo we need a player who can come into the team and hit the ground running
if we can get hazard and lavezzi we would be unstoppable.
