My obsessions as of lately: Early Roxy Music (everything with Eno involved), Television, Blondie.
Currently listening to a few complete Beatles albums - not something I've done before although I enjoy many of their popular songs.Every few weeks there's a artist/group that I get really into and listen too constantly.
I read and watch anything that I can find based on that artists music career.
At this very moment it's the Rolling Stones. Such a great body of work that was overlooked by me due to the monstrous hits that overshadowed everything else they've done. I can't complain the hits are what introduced me to the group but the hits are also the least listened to on my Stones playlist.
Spotify is great for all this.
So who's work at this time are you exclusively hooked/focused on? How long has it been?
Last band that did this to me was CHVRCHES, A Scottish Synth pop band.
also rather good acoustic. this was a small lockdown set they did.
