Currently listening to a few complete Beatles albums - not something I've done before although I enjoy many of their popular songs.
Been listening to lots of albums from two of my favourite artists: John Mellencamp and Beck.
Re: You comment about reading/watching anything by an artist - I went one stage further earlier this year. I researched and wrote a detailed article about one of my favourite albums of all time - "Living With The Law" by Chris Whitley. Whitley is a criminally underrated artist who sadly died in 2005, but not before releasing about 16 albums. As a singer/guitarist/poetic lyricist, he is a prime candidate for people discovering his music and wondering why the hell he isn't more well known.
