I would expect the window to open on the set date, changing it would cost and be pointless but the closing date has yet to be decided, the quiet summer thread started about a week ago :)Feels crazy that we are nearly in July and don't know if the window opens then or later yet.
Are we getting an it's quiet thread this summer @tolmie's hairdoo?
There it is from Pep himself. I think that Aouar is the priority. David has been the lynchpin on the left hand side. Since he's leaving I think Aouar will be that player, but bring a different dynamic in attack. I think Phil will play on the left more with Aouar in David's position.
That is Pep not giving anything away. Aouar? a priority? why would we buy in a position we do not need and would not improve us?

Stuff that Phil is so versatile crap, he aint no winger, there has been many a player ruined by being versatile, Gundogan might be going but Havertz is his ideal replacement, and if we want a cheap box to box Zakaria has produced the best displays this seasonBecause David Silva's leaving and Phil is so versatile a proper central midfielder is what we need. Think it points to Gundogan going too, which isnt a bad thing. 4 years of service for 20m
Too many leagues right across Europe are already working on the the start dateThere was talk a few weeks back that it might not open until the season finishes but stay open until October,

Are we talking about Aouar or Foden because one will cost us up to £50 million? and neither is a winger of any standard? Not even just being able play wide, which he can do. But he's a playmaker, a goalscorer and puts a shift in defensively considering his size, he's always looking to win the ball back and launch attacks. We do need a CM
