No, I'd say that would be "world's best" not "world class".
World class surely means players who could be considered to be in that class. I would think of it more as world team squad players.
Now to answer the question, we still have none.
It's tempting to say Tevez, but in the world squad, with Messi, Drogba, Torres, Rooney, Villa and Eto'o to choose from and maybe Klose or Higuain (and probably some I have forgotten), you can't pick Tevez, can you.
