Who has had the best window?

Us, Spurs and Liverpool have had the most productive and identified areas of the respective teams.

Arsenal have merely papered over a large crack. It's almost Robinho-esque that signing. A very good player amongst average-good players and unless they continue the trend they have now set, i.e. spending big, Ozil won't stick around their too long.

United's window is just lol, lolz or lol cat, whatever it is the kids say these days.

Chartres cathedral.
Truly a medieval French gothic masterpiece.
Closely followed by Stormseal, who did a wonderful job on my conservatory.

You actually took the time to post that.

You actually took the time to read it and pass comment.
I'll let others decide who this makes the bigger fool.

Without doubt it has to be Manchester United

Not lost a single player from their champions team and added a beast

Good to see Arsenal smashing their transfer record and signing an attacking midfielder - just what they needed.
Everton have done good business. Lukaku is quality, as is McCarthy and good old Gaz Baz. Adding those 3 and only losing Fellaini is definitely good business and helps Martinez to put his own stamp on the team.

Tottenham easy!! Serious top 4 contenders now. This league is wide open and I mean top 5/6 seriously could end up in any order!! Please for gods sake let our signings pay off!!

Can't agree. Yes, they have bought players who next season will make a big difference but we have seen first hand that buying a complete new team can have an adverse effect for a while.
Takes season for them to settle and learn there how the league works.
