Who has had the best window?

Norwich and Southampton. As far as the top teams go I think Chelsea Spurs and Liverpool have all had very good windows, they've dramatically strengthened.

I think we've reasonably strengthened but it looks like we don't have a natural disciplined player in DM who will break up play and I think we're one light in attacking mid, and have one too many strikers.

Arsenal have signed the best player in this window and have signed Flamini who is exactly what they needed in DM.

United needed creative/attacking mids/forwards, they don't play Kagawa, all the other top sides signed one or numerous creative/attacking mids/forwards, yet United signed just Zaha who will hardly get a kick for them he's a low level Prem/Championship player. Yet have signed Fellaini. Why is it they always sign players I already hate and ei hate even more web he plays for them? Haha

Spurs.

Have used the bale money to bring in several very good players for a net spend of 19m.

2nd us as we've gotten rid of the trouble causers and strengthened areas that needed strengthening. Only poor bit is allowing Barry to go on loan whilst keeping Garcia.

Utds window has been an absolute joy to watch. Unprofessional and comical.

You can look at it a few ways - the main one is improvement in points-

I expect that will be Liverpool - but having watched a couple of their games gerard already looks tired in the second half of matches and is key to them so I don't see them threatening the title, keeping saurez was a massive win

Rags will do well to match last seasons tally - fellaini is Ok but he won't help their fluid fotball

Spuds - They seem to have brought well but may take time and they have struggled to create chances - I think they miss out again this year

Arse - Ozil is a great player but i don't think he is what they needed - still weak in midfield and defense

I still think Jovetic will be city's main signing and he will make the difference

Chelsea - Their main problem areas where Striker and defense - they have brought in Eto (past his best) and Schurle - don't think it will be enough hope he keeps mata out of the team

Overall I believe city will be the big winners - the big question will be who the top 4 will be as i think liverpool are now in the mix.

It's been a good window for a lot of clubs. The best for a long time actually. I think Liverpool signing Sakho on top of Coutinho and Sturridge last year and keeping Suarez have done brilliantly. Arsenal have been brave splashing on Ozil because Tottenham and Liverpool could easily beat them to the top 4 this season.

United, for the first real time, are going to find themselves in trouble too. RVP is long over due and injury and should that happen for a substantial period they will be in a lot of trouble.

Spurs have lost one of the best players in the world so I'm not convinced.

We have bought well but I still think we are not strong enough in midfield and needed one more flair player.

Liverpool have signed a few and will be better this season,

United have signed a player who is hit and miss and in my opinion, not a
Great deal better than what they already have. Keeping Rooney was their best business.

Arsenal still lacking in certain areas but
Ozil is a good signing.

Chelsea look strong to me.

1. Spurs......low net spend, replaced one player with some very good ones, and have a young manager who now knows how the league works, but they still can't get rid of Adebayor
2=. Liverpool......want to break back into the top four and now have strength in depth, kept Suarez who is very important for them, no European football to sidetrack them, a good solid young manager too, so should achieve there targets.
2=. City......all has already been said, our problem now is how long it takes Pellegrini to get his ideas across to the players and keeping all our first teamers fit, Kompany, Rodwell, Jovetic, Richards, Aguero, have all been injured recently and we don't want any reoccurances.
4. Everton......great window, didn't spend much and strengthened where they need too, shouldn't bother us too much, but they are a bogey side for us.
5. Chelsea....they already know how to pick up trophies, they have got some great young players and a solid base at the back, it all depends on how Mourinho uses them, and how much game time he gives Mata and the younger players to keep them happy, already moved Lukaku and Moses out, so who knows.

Arsenal have fixed something that didn't need any work, although Ozil is a massive upgrade on Rosicky, and Utd have managed to spend 4 million more than they needed on a good , but inconsistent midfielder. It has to be the hardest job in football to follow Fergie, and I cannot see Moyes succeeding.

Depends on how Spurs settle, it's almost a complete new team that. But on paper they have done very well. But that defence is not inspiring - a couple of seasons ago Dawson was a player most Spurs fans would not have wanted in their starting 11, and their full backs are quick but defensively suspect, especially rose. BUt going forward they could be lethal, if Lamela and Erikssen settle.

I think Arsenal have done some excellent business, and fairly quietly too. Ozil is world class, Flamini is solid and they may have addressed their keeper problem. They still needed a striker imo but they should be stronger for it.

Chelsea have polished their squad by adding Eto'o, think hey have to be up there as favorites now to win it.

That said, I still feel Negredo could be the best signing of the window. An aggressive version of Dzeko, who should score 25+ if given the playing time.

Spurs have had by far the best window, in terms of how much they have strengthened, Lamela in particular is a superb signing for a club not in the CL.

1. Spuds
2. Us
3. Liverpool
4.Chelsea
5. Arsenal
6. rags

Ozil to Arsenal is easily the signing of the summer though, the only genuine world class player to come into the premier league this window.

sounds about right, with Everton above the rags IMO, they got McCarthy, Barry, Dolefeu AND Lukaku

Us by far all out attack
