I do as well mate, it's not a coincidence that when Johnno got injured Elano started playin shit for the rest of the season, he linked up the defence and attack brilliantly, I'm just not sure he can sort himself out though, I hope he does because like you say he has so much potential to be one of the greats.

he certainly looks like an excellent prospect...best football out of the youth set up, certainly not yet,
