We may *want* to sign players with character and integrity and who are good human beings but its pretty ridiculous to suggest we only go for them. In the last 12 months we've tried to sign all-around twat Dani Alves, money-grabbing whore Alexis Sanchez and turn-cloak prick Jorginho. We've also recently signed Nolito who I liked a lot but was by all accounts a bit of a nutter and at least looked at signing Lucas Hernandez who has a chequered past and was pathetic at the world cup.

Lets not make out that all of the players we try to sign are paragons of virtue, that's the kind of hypocrisy the bin dippers are famous for. We'll happily slap a twat in there as well if we think he's good enough. Going back a bit but some of my absolute favourite city players have been precisely that.

Having Mahrez as an option, especially at Anfield instead of Sterling, does in my opinion increase our chances in the Champions League.
