Chelsea will be our biggest threat, by far. A combination of top manager, spending power, competent scouting/recruitment/academy and good overall squad with depth.

With that said, City will and should still be comfortable favorites.

I would say Chelsea, but I said that this year so who knows?

City to win it again but I’d expect the top 4 will all be in the running for the title. Chelsea will have to score more to win it. Liverpool will have to switch on the afterburners all season and with an ageing squad that may be difficult. Manure have improved this season and with potentially Jadon Sancho and Varane signing they won’t be far away.
City need a small overhaul. A top drawer striker is a must but whomever we sign will have to adapt to the Prem, which if it is a foreign player may take a bit of time. Another attacking midfielder like Grealish and we would be good to go.
To summarise it’s probably going to be a lot closer with all 4 teams fighting for the title. This year the key could be which team does best in the summer transfer market.

Most of our team has now been together for so long that with the addition of two players we will get stronger.

Chelsea have a good manager but still a fairly new side.

United have been together a while now too and may add 1/2. Keeping Cavani though means it won’t be a top striker.

That’s the top 3 for me.

Liverpool probably sneak 4th.
