to be honest I think you dropped a bollock with your initial post and have tried to save face by reducing your argument step by step from 'poor technical skills' to 'I can't think of a current top class african deep lying playmaker'.. Yaya Toure is the only one who springs to mind. He's not as technical as Pirlo, but they are a rare breed indeed. even Brazil don't have really have anyone like that at the moment.

I forgot Geremi and George are technically gifted. I think there is 8 on my list. All the others are mainly mediocre or crap.

Thats not was being said - yes individually they produce outstanding players - Droga is my favorite centre forward off all time - i think on his day he is fookin awesome - but the dont produce top teams yet and are probably underperforming in turning out quality players - in my opinion they should be turning out more - they dominate middle to long distance running why not football? - had the OP said Scotland - Wales this thread would not exist - its PC bollocks and it pisses me off - cant have a sensible debate without this racism shit.
