Why I'm giving up on football, City and Bluemoon

If I'm honest with it. The last few seasons and especially the Spurs CL qf we were cheated out of I have lost my love of football. The VAR has kicked what was left in me in to the dust. I sill love City its in my blood but football as a whole is almost dead to me. I have started prioritising other sports over it.
I support City not football

We are not being charged with match fixing!
In a round about way we are - they're accusing us a financial doping, "fixing" the games by spending as much as we liked and not adhering to the rules supposedly given to us.
We all know FFP was literally invented to stop us, when it didn't they trumped up a load of shit

Apart from growing some will power can anyone please suggest a way I can refrain from reading the thread about our ALLEGED breaches please, please, please.
I am supporting the club 100% but I need to stop reading all the posts that are trying to depress me!! :-)
Put the op on ignore lovely and you shouldnt be able to see it

The charges predate PL FFP by 4 years. It is far more than that.

Haven't looked at any football news online9apart from here) or read football stories in the papers since Monday and it's wonderful. Sick to death of the poundland journalists and garbage on twitter by easy option taking cowards who support the 'ugly sisters' never go and watch them, lost that tingle years ago and the premier league is pretty soulless it was despite the love of the club a habit and a duty. Only now go to cup games where i'm not ripped off which as someone who's whole existence in the past was about not missing games is quite a change.

So this is my last post. 55 years after my first match seeing City. 10 years a season ticket holder 1985 to 1995 until work and family took me too far away. I was there in 2012 and was there for that Tuart goal. Been to many but not all recent cup finals.
I have been vocal about VAR, CAS and FFP.
So, today I have decided I have fallen out of love with this game, the trolls on this forum and the corruption hiding in plain sight both financial and governance. Refereeing and game manipulation and arguing the toss with morons and hypocrites.
My passion has faded with each passing year of vested interest interference, press compliance and journalistic spite.
And, yes, VAR has killed my excitement. Thank God we didn't have to wait for it in 2012. A moment that will never be repeated again in football history.
In truth, this has been coming for a while. I will sign off and find a new passion. City are not to blame. I watched football for the fun and passion. I now know more about global politics, financial compliance and sports governance than I do about our own under 18s. Something has gone drastically wrong with the game.
Our own forum has also become raggish and dipperish, misogynistic and trolled by posters who don't even support the club... And then the fans who love certain players rather than the club. Yes I'm old and I won't be missed but I already feel better letting go. Good luck fighting the good but ultimately doomed battle.
Thanks City for the best and worst times of my life but life is too short.
Tueart.
